 How To Set Quarantine Action in ECM
Article Dear Sir,

The forwarded mail is already detected as a spam and marked { Spam ?} tag in the subject line. In the initial setup it is set to "Tag and Deliver" which will cause the mails to be tagged as {Spam?} in the subject line and will be delivered to the end user.

If you do not want to received spam tag mails also then you can set quarantine action for spam mails from ECM Dashboard

How to select Quarantine action on Spam mails and use of quarantine option

First login to ECM Dashboard.
http://ecm.netcore.co.in
Login: admin@yourdomain.com
Password: your password

Then go to Administer -------> Personal Details -------> Edit ------> Select Actions for Spams: ------> After selecting Quarantine Action click on Modify

It will take approximate 30-60 minutes to update changes on our all servers

Note: Quarantine action will cause the spam detected mails to get quarantine on our servers only and will not be reach to intended recipient. The possibility is that if the genuine mail is consider as a spam then it can get quarantine on the server and recipient can not receive that mail
